Sending your items

Damaged or fragile items?

If you can, email us photos of damaged prints, or a short sample of a video. Otherwise send it in and we'll inspect it. If it needs restoration, we'll talk to you about any extra cost before we start.

How do I get my files back?

On a USB flash drive that plugs into a computer or most modern TVs. It comes back with your originals.

Do I get my originals back?

Yes, always — and the return postage is free anywhere in New Zealand.

What if I don't know what format I have?

No problem. Send us a photo of the tape, reel or disc, or just describe it on the phone.

Can I just turn up?

Drop-offs are by appointment, so please call or email first and we'll find a time.
